The topic is "A Theoretical Analysis of Community Pharmacists’ Motivations for Participating in Certified Aging Resource Educated Specialist (C.A.R.E.S.) Training". This work is really cool; it presents how we assess motivational factor using a theoretical framework. Lindsey is very creative and highly analytical. I am so proud.
