My First Week as Acting Department Head

May 15th marked the first day as Acting Department Head for the Health Outcomes Research and Policy Department. While I was Interim Department Head about 7 years ago, this time is different. I am at a different stage in my career and the school is undergoing many changes. I am ready to take on new responsibilities. I love having new responsibilities and the challenges they bring.
