Our paper 'Implementing a Medicare Plan Selection Assistance Program through a Community Partner

This paper describes our Medicare outreach program which has been created through a partnership between Harrison School of Pharmacy and Alabama Department of Senior Services. It will be published in the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education. In this paper, we have described how to sustain this program over time and lessons learned.
