Celebrating small wins with my research team

Celebrating small wins is one of the principle I practice. At least once a semester our team has a reason to celebrate. This summer we are celebrating many things including new and sustained funding, Lindsey’s graduation, Tessa about to graduate, Lindsey got an R36 dissertation grant, Kavon as undergrad fellow, Justin as a research exchange student, great time, great time and good health.  Overall I am so pleased and so proud of them and appreciate all of their hard work.
